Project Manager’ s objective is to see the investment into operation. No great structure is done by a singe man, but for teams.

Project management is the science of planning, establishing the resources according to an objective context, identifying the action plan, judicious application the identified and obtained resources, monitoring and achieving milestones defined within the schedule, identifying risks, mitigating or removing risks and effectively delivering the project’s objective. The project is an organized effort with a temporary or cyclical course, previously untested by the initiator, which involves taking a risk, human resources allotment, granting a budget and designing a schedule of activities to achieve a predefined goal. When it comes to Project Management, you cannot buy time! On the project timeline there in no stop. There is also no backwards. There is just play at normal speed, second by second, so planning is extremely important. A man who uses resources efficiently is knowingly bringing significant results in optimal time. Optimum efficiency is the effectiveness, achieving objectives, within budgets!


Managementul proiectelor este stiinta planificarii, a extragerii din contextul unui obiectiv a necesarului de resurse, identificarea lor, planificarea pasilor necesari, utilizarea judicioasa a resurselor identificate si obtinute, monitorizarea si atingerea milestone-urilor definite in cadrul pasilor, identificarea riscurilor, diminuarea riscurilor sau inlaturarea riscurilor si predarea efectiva a obiectului proiectului. Proiectul este un efort organizat cu caracter temporar sau ciclic, netestat anterior de initiator, ce presupune asumarea unui risc, mobilizarea unor resurse umane, a unui buget si o planificare a activitatilor in vederea atingerii unui scop predefinit. In Project Management nu poti sa cumperi timp! Pe axa timpului in proiect nu exista pauza! Nu există back, ci exisa numai play la viteza normala de secunda pe secunda, de aceea planificarea este extrem de importanta in cadrul unui proiect. Un om eficient este cel care foloseste resursele cu stiinta aducand rezultate notabile in timp optim. Optimul eficientei este eficacitatea, adica realizarea obiectivelor, dar in cadrul bugetelor alocate!
Managers are not robots. They think, fix, anticipate and prevent. They think, rectify and solve. Managers think, get involved and care. And if you care, you succeed!
As a manager, you have to put yourself in different positions depending on what must be analyzed, then you have to turn upside down that situation, observe it from different perspectives, reveiling the sense, and from that perspective facing and understanding the essence. Changing the perspectives, you can fully understand all points of view within a problem or situation. A project manager must know the project at a very detailed level to achieve its real objective within the planned timeline and resources.


Managerul nu este un robot. Managerul gandeste, anticipeaza si previne. Managerul gandeste, rectifica si rezolva. Managerul gandeste, se implica si isi asuma. Si atunci cand iti pasa, reusesti!
In calitate de manager, trebuie sa analizezi din diferite perspective o problema, observand-o si intelegandu-i esenta. Schimband perspectivele, poti sa intelegi pe deplin si sub toate aspectele o situatie/ problema. Un Project Manager trebuie sa cunoasca proiectul foarte detaliat astefl incat sa isi atinga obiectivul in timpul planificat si cu resursele planificate.
The main tools of a Project Manager are project matrix, contract and meeting. Project Matrix represents a plurality of sections of the entire project. If the project is a plurality of information, a multitudine of resources arranged on a time axis to achieve a goal of the project, project matrix is the schematic matrix for the transferable and fluent resources work of project. The contract is the instrument that establishes the relationship between the actors involved in the project. Project Manager’s task is to understand the relationship with the customer, and contractual relations between all participants in the project. The meeting is a form of debate on subjects that relate to the project. The meeting shall always have a goal that will help identify the topics, and in the final the conclusions. These are the tangible result of the meeting.


Principalele instrumente de lucru ale Project Manager-ului sunt matricea proiectului, contractul si sedinta. Matricea Proiectului reprezinta un cumul de categorii ale intregului proiect. Daca proiectul este un cumul de informatii, un cumul de resurse aranjate pe o axa timpului pentru atingerea unui obiectiv, matricea proiectului este cadrul schematic in care se clasifica si se deruleaza toate resursele fluide si transferabile ale proiectului. Contractul reprezinta instrumentul care stabileste relatia dintre actorii participanti in cadrul proiectului. Sarcina Project Managerului este de a intelege relatia cu beneficiarul, dar si relatiile contractuale dintre toti participantii din cadrul proiectului. Sedinta este o forma de dezbatere pe baza unor subiecte care au legatura cu proiectul. Sedinta va avea totdeauna un scop care va ajuta in identificarea punctelor de discutie, iar la final vor fi concluzionate hotararile luate. Acestea reprezinta rezultatul tangibil al sedintei.
