Ce este orgoliul?
Orgoliul este o stare de fapt surprinsă în următoarea poveste:
EU găsesc o soluție. Am găsit-o EU. Cum? Inspirat, pe baza experienței anterioare… Soluția e a MEA, e dată de MINE, e produsă de MINE, e copilul MEU.
Orgoliul apare atunci când, punându-mi soluția pe masă NU accept să mi-o atingă cineva, NU accept să mi-o disece cineva, nu accept să mi-o îmbunătățească cineva. Orgoliul este dezvoltat din propriul ego, adică din „EU”, „al MEU”.
Mai mult, în momentul în care cineva vine cu o altă soluție și o pune pe masă, NU ascult. Dacă reușește să-mi demonstreze prin argumente logice că soluția lui e mai bună, o să-i spun că există și supra-logică și că în baza supra-logicii soluția MEA este mai bună decât soluția lui. Acesta este ORGOLIUL.
Particularizând, orgoliul care se manifestă în contextul profesiei este cunoscut sub numele de orgoliu profesional.
Paralel cu orgoliul găsim verticalitatea. Granița dintre cele două este foarte fină, iar recunoașterea și folosirea fiecăreia în mod corect face diferența între rai și iad.
Verticalitatea este starea pe care omul o primește în dar în momentul în care învață să meargă și își ridică ochii spre cer. Verticalitatea ține de respectul pe care omul trebuie să îl impună simplu, fără încărcătură emoțională celor cu care interacționează.
În relația mamă – copil, nu este rău ca mama să fie orgolioasă, să-și iubească copilul și să creadă că e cel mai bun din lume, pentru că fiecare om este într-un fel, cel mai bun din lume, iar pentru mama lui, sigur este cel mai bun. Să învățăm să disociem produsele/producția minții, a creierului, a mâinii, de ceea ce înseamnă artă și/sau naștere de copil. Și atunci nu vom mai fi orgolioși, ci vom fi doar verticali.
Arta și copilul trebuie iubite, apărate și susținute la maxim de creatorul lor care este pur și simplu vertical.
Și atunci când ești vertical, îți pui soluția pe masă și te bucuri când cineva vrea să o asculte, să o înțeleagă și să participe la ea. În acest fel ea nu mai este doar produsul tău, ci devine un produs al mai multor minți fapt ce îi conferă un surplus de bogăție.
Toate construcțiile importante ale umanitatii sunt rezultatul sinergiei(impreuna lucrării).

What is the Ego?
The Ego is the status quo intercepted in the fallowing story:
I find a solution. Is I that found it. How? Inspired by MY previous experience. The solution is Mine, is I that gave it, is I that produced it, is MY baby.
The Ego comes in sight the moment I don’t allow anyone to touch , to analyze, to improve the solution I just exhibited. The Ego evolves from MY own Egocentricity, from I and MINE.
Furthermore, the moment someone displays an alternative solution I do not listen. If that someone manages to logically argue that his solution is better I explain to him that there exists a supra-logical argument which demonstrates that MY solution is better than his. This is the Ego.
In particular, the Ego that manifests in business circumstances is known as professional ego.
Parallel to ego verticality is found. The border between these two is sensitive and the acknowledgement and the accurate usage of each one in everyday life makes the difference between heaven and hell.
Verticality comes hand in hand with the respect the man imposes plainly to others without emotional weight.
In the mother-child relationship is not bad for the mother to be PROUD, to love her child and to believe that he is the most perfect child in the world. For his mother he certainly is.
We must teach ourselves how to dissociate the manufacture of mind, brain, hand from art and/or birth of child. At that point we will stop being PROUD and will start being VERTICAL.
The moment you become vertical you expose your solution and enjoy the attention of anyone that listens, understands and witnesses it. This way is not only yours, but becomes the product of many minds which gives abundance.
The greatest developments of human kind have been made by the fatigue of many.
