As an entrepreneur and manager, Virgil Profeanu has coordinated or been involved in significant projects for organizations such as CORA, AUCHAN, IMMOCHAN, BRICOSTORE, IKEA, DECATHLON, and NATO.

Patronage of Designers in Construction in Romania

Virgil Profeanu was part of the founding team of the Patronage of Designers in Construction in Romania, through VEGO’s involvement in establishing this representative structure for professionals in the design sector.

He also previously held the position of Secretary General of the Patronage of Designers in Construction in Romania. During that period, he supported essential themes for the modernization of the profession, including the use of electronic signatures in technical documentation, the digitalization of design workflows, and the implementation of Building Information Modeling — BIM — as an instrument of efficiency, collaboration, and professional traceability.
